Sự việc xảy ra vào khoảng 22h45 tối qua (29/8) tại làng Đình Thôn, Mỹ Đình, Từ Liêm, Hà Nội. Sau khi bốt điện phát nổ còn gây cháy, một số người dân đã mang nước ra dập lửa.
